Online Counselling & Psychotherapy Service
"Explores the underlying issues"
During the Coronavirus (Covid19) lockdown with self isolation and social distancing I aim to identify the underlying issues that may be weighing you down in life. I practice a Person Centred non judgemental approach also experienced working with mental health issues. All clients are treated with respect whilst maintaining confidentiality. Regular Counselling sessions over a period of time will start the process of recovery, aiding you to feel more positive about yourself and your future.
Now with video / virtual face to face sessions online you will be able to have the same experience as you would within the therapy room. What could be more relaxing than having private therapy from the comfort of your own home, garden, car or any location of your choice - still maintaining a professional session.
Virtual sessions are available with no social distancing, no facial masks and no travelling!
The office based reception area is bright, warm and welcoming to all clients and the counselling rooms provide an excellent relaxing environment. The online therapeutic experience is a professional space where I aim to provide the same level of support.
The office premises are wheelchair accessible and we welcome clients with a disability and from all ethnicities.
Our team of practitioners are all from a background within the NHS and are all registered
members of the British Association For Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP).
We have a Specialist Clinical Counsellor available to deal with clients suffering from the impact of Coronavirus, disability i.e. Multiple Sclerosis or someone who has had major surgery for example an amputation. We also provide a unique approach to Military / ex soldiers struggling to readjust.
Clients can be offered face to face sessions on site. Sessions can also be provided over the weekend if preferred.
